Me: Yes, we have big heads.
Doc: Yes, but I think we need to watch this.
Me: It's fine. My husband, son and I have VERY large heads.
Doc: Yes, but his is off the chart. I mean REALLY off the chart (holds up chart for emphasis).
Me: I promise you, it is completely normal.
Doc: I'm just going to make a note in his chart to check it again.

In case you were wondering, the noggin in question measures 20 inches and I think it is beautiful.
